            The City of Winchester, Kentucky is requesting proposals for providing the following professional services related to the Lincoln Street Redevelopment Project funded with Community Development Block Grant and local funds:

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
 
      The City of Winchester has received a Community Development Block Grant for demolition of houses, new housing construction and public facility improvements for the Lincoln Street Redevelopment Project.  The City of Winchester, under its Section 3 Plan, anticipates using local contractors and suppliers to the greatest extent feasible.
 
        All contractors and suppliers interested in participating in this program should prepare a “Contractor’s Application” form to be included on the bidder’s notification list.  Copies of the form are available from the City of Winchester, 32 Wall St, PO Box 40, Winchester KY 40392 or may be downloaded below.  Forms should be completed and returned to the City of Winchester or Kriss Lowry & Associates, Inc. by March 30, 2019.

CITY OF GEORGETOWN BOSTON SCATTERED SITE HOUSING PROJECT 2018

GEORGETOWN, KENTUCKY

The City of Georgetown is accepting applications from homeowners within the Boston Target Area who wish to participate in a Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Project funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the Kentucky Houisng Corporation Homeownership Program.  It is anticipated that the proposed project will include demolition and reconstruction or rehabiliation of approximately 6-10 homes scattered throughout the Boston Target Area.

To be eligible, applicants must own and live in a single family home located within the Boston Target Area of Georgetown for six months prior to applying. Owners of mobile homes are not eligible unless they own the lot and the mobile home.
