NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
 
      The City of Winchester has received a Community Development Block Grant for demolition of houses, new housing construction and public facility improvements for the Lincoln Street Redevelopment Project.  The City of Winchester, under its Section 3 Plan, anticipates using local contractors and suppliers to the greatest extent feasible.
 
        All contractors and suppliers interested in participating in this program should prepare a “Contractor’s Application” form to be included on the bidder’s notification list.  Copies of the form are available from the City of Winchester, 32 Wall St, PO Box 40, Winchester KY 40392 or may be downloaded below.  Forms should be completed and returned to the City of Winchester or Kriss Lowry & Associates, Inc. by March 30, 2019.

BOSTON SCATTERED SITE HOUSING PROJECT

GEORGETOWN, KENTUCKY

The City of Georgetown is accepting bids on the behalf of  two owners (Eunice Robertson and Lamar Hamilton) for new housing construction and two owners (Vikki Williams and Walter & Cathy Young) for housing rehabilitation services within the Boston Neighborhood of Georgetown.   Bids will be accepted until 11 am on November 17, 2020.  For new housing construction a complete set of bid documents includes the Bid Document for each  house, the 1064ES-A House Plan, the New Housing Specifications dated September 2020 and the New Housing Construction Contract Documents.   For housing rehabilitation a complete set of bid documents includes the Bid Document for each  house, the Housing Rehabilitation Specifications dated September 2020 and the Housing Rehabilitation Contract Documents.   If you download documents from this site, please send an email to kriss@krisslowry.com to be added to the plan holders list and recieve any addendums.

To be eligible for the Boston Scattered Site Housing Project, applicants must own and live in a single family home located within the Boston Target Area of Georgetown for six months prior to applying.  If you would like to apply for the Boston Scattered Site Housing Project please submit the application in the link below.
