CITY OF WINCHESTER LINCOLN STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT The City of Winchester is accepting bids on the behalf of William Francis for the complete construction of one new house and related items to be located at 24 Lincoln Steet. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 pm on August 18, 2021. A complete set of bid documents includes the 952ES-A House Plan, the New Housing Specifications dated June 2021 and the New Housing Construction Contract Documents. Also see the Lincoln Street Consolidation Plat for the site location.
